Parametrizing + Programming

For an extensive programming, parametrizing and diagnostic of the iblos-components is the comfortable and clear programming tool and the adjustment program iblos-CAN-Master under Windows available. The simple operating and clear surface make these software tools to an application kind and easyly managable

all-in-all packet.

For the simple handling by the user often used functions are already integrated as software modules in the control units.

These were accessed in the control program and parametrized online and in real time with the iblos-CAN-Master the programming tool, for example:

scaling of analog values standardize analog values
joystick scaling dead band, final values
proportional valve controlling 4 quadrants-ramps, damping, proportional valve characteristic curves with imax and imin,
dither frequency
control algorithms position, pressure, celerity, platform leveling
operating data memory input/output screen, error file memory
interpretation with iblos-BDE under Windows
graphic and touch controlling complete graphic controlling and touch operation in the SPS-software incl. Windows software for the graphic layout (for iblos-vPC all-in-all packet iblos-Soft-SPS accordant Step 5)
 

You can choose between 3 programming languages for the control devices:
IEC 61131 - CoDeSys
The flexible and often used Soft-SPS-system with CANopen for MASTER/SLAVE.
Quick processing and great memory content.
Embedded-Pascal
High language for micro controller with Delphi-Sub connection for the simulation on PC. Sourse file similar “structured text “ of CoDeSys.
C-Compiler
High language for micro controller (no active support of IBL-hydronic)
